Open PTA Board Positions

Want to get exclusive access to the PTA and be the first to know about SVE updates? Join as a Board member to be added to our internal communications channel, be invited to our quarterly Board meetings, and take part in our annual planning meeting at the end of the summer. • Membership Chair
  
  • Encourage people (Anyone can PTA!) to become members of our PTA; prepare Membership Reports to be sent to TX PTA; organize fun membership incentives & recognitions. Attend monthly Board Meetings (second Thursday Sept - May).
  • Animar a la gente (¡cualquiera puede ser miembro de la PTA!) a convertirse en miembros de nuestra PTA; preparar informes de membresía para enviar a la PTA de Texas; organizar incentivos y reconocimientos divertidos para los miembros. Asistir a las reuniones mensuales de la junta (el segundo jueves de septiembre a mayo).
• Math Pentathlon / Pentatlón matemático
  • This volunteer coordinator is not part of the PTA Board, and would be supported by our board Enrichment Chair.
  • Este coordinador voluntario no es parte de la Junta de la PTA y contaría con el apoyo de nuestro Presidente de Enriquecimiento de la junta.
  • Administer the Math Pentathlon program recruiting parent coaches, student participants and parent supporters. Organize SVE Team participation in the area tournament.
  • Administrar el programa de Pentatlón de Matemáticas reclutando padres entrenadores, estudiantes participantes y padres de apoyo. Organizar la participación del Equipo SVE en el torneo del área.
