• Volunteer Coordinator
  
  • Collect volunteer requests for both school and PTA initiatives, manage the volunteer request form and Gmail inbox, create online volunteer sign-up forms, work with the Communications Chair to promote volunteer opportunities, and effectively communicate with potential volunteers to help them understand where to go / what to do. This person should be organized, proactive, and be able to communicate quickly and effectively to ensure a good experience for volunteers.

• Math Pentathlon / Pentatlón matemático
  • This volunteer coordinator is not part of the PTA Board, and would be supported by our board Enrichment Chair.

  • Administer the Math Pentathlon program recruiting parent coaches, student participants and parent supporters. Organize SVE Team participation in the area tournament.
  • Administrar el programa de Pentatlón de Matemáticas reclutando padres entrenadores, estudiantes participantes y padres de apoyo. Organizar la participación del Equipo SVE en el torneo del área.
