General PTA Meetings

Attending PTA meetings is a great way to find out what’s going on at our school. There are five general membership meetings each year which include updates from each of the committees on PTA activities. We also aim to provide a parent educational opportunity following the PTA business meeting.

• Thursday, September 22 @ 5:30pm w/Dinner & Childcare provided - Guest: Counselors from Austin Center for Grief & Loss
• Thursday, November 17
• Thursday, February 16
• Thursday, April 20 (2023-24 PTA Elections)
• Thursday, May 18 @ 4pm (2023-24 Budget Proposal)

We want these meetings to be welcoming and easy for your family to attend. Meetings times vary to try and make them accessible to as many parents as possible. Spanish headphone translation is provided. You may request a copy of the minutes of the General Membership Meetings by emailing our Secretary.

Executive Board Meetings

In addition to general PTA meetings, the PTA Executive Board meets on the second Thursday of each month at 5 p.m. at the school. During these meetings, the PTA officers and committee chairs conduct PTA business—from organizing events to hammering out details of new programs. Board meetings are closed.
