Sunset Valley Elementary's annual Cheetah Fest spring carnival features games, activities, food trucks, and an online silent auction. In addition to bringing together our school and community members for a fun afternoon, this event serves as our PTA’s primary fundraiser for the school year!

Pre-order Cheetah Fest wristbands for $15 (child) and $5 (adult) online through April 30th.

  • Wristband gives you unlimited play on all carnival games and activities PLUS a games points card for the Prize Table!

  • Prices rise to $20/child at Cheetah Fest on May 4th (wristbands only required for playing games - entry free to all) 

  • If you need to pay with cash or check, you can fill out a form in the front office and return it to the blue PTA lockbox.

Buy tickets for PTA concession table and songs for the Cheetah Fest Playlist

  • Purchase tickets to use at the PTA concession table for sodas, waters, chips, popsicles (no cash/card payments)

  • Food trucks will take their own cash/card payments onsite (no PTA concession tickets)

  • You can also request your favorite songs on the official Cheetah Fest playlist for just $1 per song!

Volunteer to run games and activities

All our games are operated by volunteers, so we need your help! Sign up for a shift so we can provide a ton of fun games & activities for our kids. Friends and community members are welcome to volunteer, too!

Donate to our grade-level auction gift baskets

Donate a toy or game for the grade-level gift baskets that we include in the Cheetah Fest silent auction. Please drop off your items by Friday, April 26th. (Prefer to donate money? Make a general event donation OR purchase something from our Amazon Wishlist!)

We'll have food trucks selling pizza, tacos, and more! Vendors will collect cash/card payments onsite. (Drinks and snacks can be purchased at the PTA concession stand with tickets, which you can pre-order online through April 30th or buy at Cheetah Fest wristband sales table.)

We will have hundreds items up for bid in our online silent auction — including restaurant gift cards, activities and entertainment, camps and lessons, SVE teacher experiences, grade-level gift baskets & more! The auction opens on Friday, May 3rd @ 7pm and closes on Sunday, May 5th @ 7pm. See our silent auction donors below (which keeps growing) and sign up for your bidder number!
