2025 Cheetah Fest

The Cheetah Fest carnival and silent auction is the Sunset Valley Elementary PTA's primary annual fundraiser. This allows the PTA to provide financial support to teachers, staff and students for:

• Classroom materials, special programs and field trips
• Scholarships for extracurricular activities
• Beautifying our campus
• Teacher training and appreciation events
• Equipment upgrades for staff and students

Buy a wristband for unlimited play on most activities. Each wristband also comes with a prize card, where you can earn points at games to redeem at the Prize Table. New this year: tiered preorder pricing for multiple-child households.

Pick up pre-ordered wristbands at the school April 7th-11th from 3pm-3:30 pm, or at the will-call table at Cheetah Fest. Please consider ordering a family bundle or donated child wristband to help us give free wristbands to students in need.

To keep things moving, we will not take cash/card at the concession tables. You can buy tickets at a separate table at Cheetah Fest, or pre-order tickets here to skip that line.

• General concession tickets for sodas & waters (1 ticket), cotton candy (3 tickets), popcorn (2 tickets), snow cones (3 tickets) and more.
• When you pre-order pizza or tacos, you'll get food-specific tickets to redeem.

• Laser tag: For the first time ever, SVE is hosting laser tag at Cheetah Fest! One round is included in your wristband purchase; additional rounds will cost 1 general concession ticket.
• Request your favorite songs on the official Cheetah Fest playlist for just $1 per song, only when ordered here. (Limited supplies available.)

• Coming soon. We will have hundreds items up for bid in our online silent auction — including restaurant gift cards, activities and entertainment, camps and lessons, SVE teacher experiences, grade-level gift baskets & more.
  
• We don't need referrals but if you are directly involved with a business that can donate an auction item, please email our auction team. All businesses who donate items to the Cheetah Fest silent auction will receive a public thank you on social media, have their logo promoted on the Cheetah Fest website through the following school year and on signage during the Cheetah Fest event, and be allowed to send home a promotional flier (with principal approval) to all SVE students.

• Volunteer: Our biggest fundraiser of the year means we have a big need for volunteers, because we run this event ourselves. All volunteers will be entered into a raffle for gift card. Sign up to volunteer for an hour or two.
• Donate to your grade level's goodie basket for the silent auction. You will get info from your room parent on this.
